Our logo, the Golden
Sun Moth (Synemon plana) is now only found in small areas of the ACT, NSW and
Victoria and is endangered even in these areas. This species feeds exclusively
on certain types of Wallaby Grass and is threatened with extinction due to the
widespread loss of its native grassland habitat.
